About The Art of Alpha

This is the first in a series of retreats called “The Art of Alpha” (TAoA). The term Alpha was chosen with three distinct meanings.

First, Alpha meaning valuable information that augment one’s investing decisions and helps them to outperform the market.

Second, Alpha pertaining to masculinity and leadership as one trains mind and body to be the best version of themself and stay at the front of the pack.

Third, Alpha relating to the Alpha and Omega, or ancient wisdom that is relevant and applicable to our modern lives.

TAoA is a calling to men looking for a community that strives towards growth, wisdom, health, impact, sovereignty, truth and love. If you have ever wanted to unplug, take care of your body on a new level, and dive deep to learn embodiment practices and somatic skills that help to bring wellness and peace amongst the chaos and hardships of life, this is your chance.
